Instructions
- The latest Prescribed Application & Biodata Form can be downloaded from the website of the University (http://www.gcuf.edu.pk) and should be submitted in the Personnel Branch, with demand draft as processing fee (non-refundable) in favour of Treasurer, Government College University, Faisalabad as per following:

Candidates applying from Abroad

- The candidates from abroad may submit their applications on prescribed Application & Biodata Form, available on the University website www.gcuf.edu.pk alongwith Bank Draft of US $ 50/- in the name of Treasurer Government College University, Faisalabad and attested copies of all necessary testimonials, ID card, recent photographs, updated C.V on the given address.
- Incomplete or the applications received after due date will not be entertained.
- The candidates are required to submit duly filled-in Application & Bio-Data Form which must be supported with attested copies of degrees, result cards, ID card, three recent photographs, updated C.V, transcripts, certificates.
- The candidates applying for more than one posts shall submit separate Job Application Form and demand draft with necessary documents, complete in all respects.
- The University reserves the right not to consider any application or not to fill any post without assigning any reason.
- The candidates already in service must apply through proper channel by the due date.
- Experience Certificates, duly issued from office of the Competent Authority must be attached. No. advantage, whatsoever, would be given if Experience Certificates are not attached.
- Age relaxation will be granted as per policy of the University.
- The Candidates must attach HEC Equivalence Certificate(s), where applicable, otherwise their applications would not be entertained / considered.
- The evaluation of the Scrutiny Committee shall be final and only on merit candidates will be called for interview / informed.
- Applications complete in all respects, clearly mentioned the post applying for, must reach the Personnel Branch, Registrar Office Government College University, Faisalabad not later than 21.03.2022
Quotas
- 03 % Quota is reserved for Disabled Persons as per direction of Government of the Punjab. If the candidate is disabled he/she will have to submit a certificate from the Provincial Council for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons of Social Welfare Department.
- 05 % Quota is reserved for the minorities.
- 15 % Quota is reserved for women.
- 20 % Quota for the posts of BPS-01 to 05 is reserved for the children of serving/retired University employees in BPS-01 to 11.
Note
- Candidates applying on any Quota must mention the quota against which he or she is applying for (Evidence must be attached)
- The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the No. of positions.
- Nature of posts can be changed according to the need of the University.
- The University is not responsible if call letters are delayed or not received due to any lapse of Courier Agency/Post Office/Telephonic message.
- No TA/DA would be admissible when called for interview.
